Hello Everyone:

First I would like to welcome you all to the Northeastern Conference Junior

Basketball League (NCJBL). I hope that this year will bring a lot of competitive

teams and spiritual growth for all.

Getting down to business, I want to welcome back all the old teams and greet

all the new teams. For those of you who don't know my name is Nadricka Knight

and I am the League Secretary. Below will be my information, do not hesitate to

contact with me with any questions you may have.

As you all know this league cannot get started without the submission of paperwork.

The Commission has decided to extend the deadline until next Friday, July 30, 2010

on that date ALL MONIES AND PAPERWORK SHOULD BE IN THE MAILBOXES

OF THE ADDRESSES LISTED BELOW ON THAT DATE. I will be out of town so

please do not call me to drop off paperwork DO NOT RING ANY DOORBELLS

JUST PUT IT IN THE MAILBOX.

This year we would like to start the league on time to do that I need your cooperation.

I need to submit information to the Union office for risk management. Some coaches

have already submitted this information, but I need it from ALL. I need the name and

dates of birth of all the players and coaches. Please note, that if any player has an

incorrect corresponding date on their proof of age THEY WILL NOT BE

ELIGIBLE TO PLAY IN THE LEAGUE!!!!!! Former players do not need proof of age

since I have paperwork from the previous seasons. The deadline for this information

that I need is Tuesday, July 27, 2010. Please email me this information by that time.

Last thing I will discuss with you is the IDs. As many who were at the meeting know we

will be having IDs this year and the soccer league has volunteered to help us with this.

Please submit your pictures of your players and coaching staff on a CD and mail it to

the address listed below. Please make sure that the names of your players and

coaches are in the file name. This way they can easily be identified.
